Return Policy

General Return Policies

To ensure prompt handling of your return please follow the guidelines below:

• Returns must be sent to us freight pre-paid.  Shipping fees on “Free shipping” items will be deducted from refund (plus a small handing fee for shipping supplies).  Free Shipping is never free.

• No returns without prior authorization.  Email us at valenciadiscountmedical@outlook.com

• You’re name, address, phone number, date of purchase and order number must be enclosed with the return

• Written reason for the return must also be enclosed inside the box

• For stethoscopes, aneroids, socks, Med Sleeves and clothing, see below. On all other items, please return the item complete. Packing must be in resalable condition.  If it is not, your item will not be returned or credited back to you.  Our returns department will make a determination of whether to issue credit, replace or repair. We also reserve the right to deduct a 15-20% restocking charge.

Stethoscope Returns

Return only the defective part to us for replacement. Parts which are lost or wear with age such as diaphragms, tubes and binaural springs are not warranted. However, they are available for purchase.

 

Aneroid Sphygmomanometer Returns

If your gauge arrives and is not calibrated the gauge will be replaced.  We do not accept returns on new kits due to a defective gauges.  Your gauge is under warranty with Prestige Medical and will be replaced by them.  If your Aneroid Sphygmomanometer is new, please contact us at valenciadiscountmedical@outlook.com  we will have one sent to you directly from the manufacture.  Your Aneoroid Spygmomanometer is very easy to fix.  If your new kit arrives and has a problem contact us and we will send you the replacement part.  If your older kit has an issue, parts are available for sale.

 

Pink Ribbon Merchandise

A portion of the sale of all “Pink Ribbon” merchandise is donated to the American Cancer Society.

Socks and Clothing

Socks, Med Sleeves and clothing are non-refundable.  If they are returned, they will not be credited or refunded.  If returned, your merchandise will not be sent back to you.
